beautiful room designed room hygiene items water bottles

the upgrade to the beautiful room was appreciated. the room was perfectly designed.

i found the amenities disappointing. basic hygiene items like toothbrushes were not available without request. also, there were no complimentary water bottles in the room.

tidy grounds clean beach expensive repellent unnecessary cost

the staff seemed nice enough (or at least tried to be). the grounds and beach were kept pretty tidy.

i was a bit bummed out by the lack of free water in the rooms. having to constantly ask for water or buy it felt unnecessary, especially considering the price of the stay. plus, the pricey mosquito repellent reminded me of they were capitalizing on the sand mites.

fresh food tuna ceviche hotel breakfast

The resort had a restaurant with really good food quality. Every meal was very flavorful and fresh. The tuna ceviche was very nice and the breakfast offered both western and eastern styles.

The sand mites are a nuisance. I wish the hotel provided repellent for free rather than selling it at a high price.
